Returns & Exchanges

At Equal Vision Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl and certain collectible items may be subject to specific restrictions based on availability.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition and were purchased within the last 30 days. Media items like vinyl, CDs, and cassettes must remain in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our fulfillment team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include a note with your name, order number, and RA number inside the package to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a traceable shipping method. Once our team receives and inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
