When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items ship to arrive on or around the release date listed on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is ready.
What is your return policy for vinyl and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. Due to their limited nature, we cannot accept returns on opened vinyl records unless they are proven to be defective or damaged during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship music and merchandise worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
What should I do if my record arrives damaged?
If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make further modifications.
